Slip cut from a royal-blue-dyed swan or goose secondary feather. A married-wing component on Jock Scott, Silver Doctor, Blue Doctor, and many full-dress salmon flies. Cut matched left and right slips; the blue is the brightest band in most full-dress wing mixes.
