Bronze-iridescent wing-quill section taken from the secondary feathers of the peacock (Pavo cristatus). A married-wing component on classic Atlantic salmon flies, distinct from peacock herl (the strand-like body material) and peacock sword (the long iridescent tail feathers). Pair as matched left/right slips and marry to adjacent quill sections.
